職位描述：
1.根據(jù)部門展會拓展戰(zhàn)略和年度展覽會合作計劃，與國外展覽會組織者開展展會項目合作；
2.協(xié)助部門總監(jiān)對展會項目進(jìn)行評估，確定合作內(nèi)容，進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判并簽訂合作協(xié)議；
3.根據(jù)協(xié)議內(nèi)容，協(xié)調(diào)公司資源，監(jiān)督合同執(zhí)行；
4.跟蹤并協(xié)助操作人員完成各項目環(huán)節(jié)的工作；
5.對展覽會活動的執(zhí)行進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和效果評估。
崗位要求：
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、英語或文秘相關(guān)專業(yè)；
3、2年以上外聯(lián)或客服相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
4、熟練操作常用辦公軟件；
5、大學(xué)英語六級以上，具備較強(qiáng)的英語聽說讀寫能力 （不符合此項條件者請勿投遞簡歷）；
6、形象好，氣質(zhì)佳，具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，有較強(qiáng)的觀察力、判斷力及應(yīng)變能力。
崗位描述
1、聯(lián)系行業(yè)內(nèi)客戶，推薦展會，篩選出有相關(guān)需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶資源；
2、對所負(fù)責(zé)行業(yè)的展會，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)、郵件、傳真等形式進(jìn)行市場推廣；
3、定期進(jìn)行市場分析，提供相關(guān)工作報告；
4、帶團(tuán)參展，國外展會協(xié)調(diào)工作（有專業(yè)導(dǎo)游、翻譯）；
5、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。
